For our 'Spring Fair' this Open Day, you can interact with our talented chef lecturers, who are leaders in the culinary field, as well as chat to our expert advisors who will assist you in becoming part of SA’s best culinary school. 

From food stylists capturing culinary moments to head chefs in the most sought-after hotels, the opportunities for chef’s today have become endless!

To apply on the day, all you need to do is bring through R1000 application fee and your ID. 

T’s & C’s:
- An application fee of R1 000 is payable on the open day.
- A deposit must be made by 30 January 2020. 
- Offer is not applicable to part-time programmes
